In The Division, Massive restarted some servers. These caused issues.
A few days ago, we reported that many agents were collectively complaining about the servers. The server performance is terrible and is getting worse. Bullets are not registering, healing is not effective, and lag is rampant.
Massive responded that they are investigating these issues and will provide new information soon. And they have done so: On the evening of Sunday, February 12th, they announced:
We restarted some of our game servers that were causing a problem.
Whether this restart is the solution to all inconveniences is doubtful. Some users on reddit are already saying they haven’t noticed any improvements.
