In The Division the Incursions, the raids, will be introduced with the April update. This evening, the developers want to share details via a Twitch livestream.
Currently, not much is known about the upcoming Incursions in The Division: They are supposed to be challenging endgame group activities, where an agent team must prove themselves against relentless foes to obtain high-level items. However, what this will look like in detail is still unknown.
This is supposed to change this evening, on March 31st. The developers will hold a livestream via Twitch in which they want to present the raids. This was announced on Twitter.
Accordingly, tonight at 8 PM, the “Special Report” will start, on the official Twitch channel for the game. We will be following this for you. How extensive this information will be and what else the developers want to reveal remains to be seen.

Tomorrow morning, it is already clear that a hotfix will be applied to The Division that fixes some of the glitches and exploits.
