In the upcoming MMO shooter The Division, the developers have shown an eye for detail. Some of these we were already able to admire in the closed beta.
Since most beta testers preferred to test numerous weapons to find the strongest ones, there was little room during the limited testing phase to examine the meticulously crafted New York – at least the part of the city that was available in the beta.
However, if you put the firearm aside, you can recognize lovingly crafted details apart from the nerve-wracking battles. As paradoxical as it may sound in the post-apocalypse, if you look closely, you can still recognize beauty among the ruins.

In the following video, 24 hours were recorded showing how an agent waits on the street…and waits. However, it creates a nice image for us of how the weather can change and how the day-night cycle is graphically represented.
If the remaining parts of New York are crafted with such detail, one might say about the New York of the post-apocalypse: the city has not lost its beauty.
