Massive announces all 4 global events for March 2018 to celebrate the 2nd anniversary and 20 million players in The Division.
The State of the Game just aired on March 1. The topic included the upcoming 2nd anniversary of The Division. They revealed an interesting number today: Since the game’s launch on March 8, 2016, 20 million agents have played The Division.
To celebrate, all 4 global events will be repeated in March 2018. The first one is “Outbreak”, which has already been running since 6 PM today and will be online until Monday (March 5).
You have the opportunity this March to get the coveted classified sets with increased chances, as a global event will run every weekend!
The announced changes to the drop chances for classified gear will not be included in the game yet. These are planned for the future. Otherwise, they are the “normal” four global events that have already taken place. They will now be repeated in a shortened form.
When will the global events be repeated? – Schedule
- Global Event 1 “Outbreak” runs from March 1 to March 5 – The classified sets are Lone Star, Final Measure, and DeadEYE
- Global Event 2 “Assault” runs from March 8 to March 12 – The classified sets are Striker, Call of the Wild, and Recover
- Global Event 3 “Attack” runs from March 15 to March 19 – The classified sets are Nomad, D3-FNC, Predator, and Banshee
- Global Event 4 “Ambush” runs from March 22 to March 26 – The classified sets are AlphaBridge, Firecrest, Hunter’s Faith, and Tactician
In addition, you will receive a free emote in March. Officially, it is called “Sneeze”, but it is actually meant to represent the well-known Dab. You can pick it up in March at the rewards vendor in the base. It should become available in the coming hours.
Twitch Drops
Additionally, there will be Twitch Drops throughout the entire month. This means: By watching streams on the official The Division Twitch channel, you can earn small rewards. However, you need to link your Ubisoft account with Twitch.
The action starts tomorrow, on March 2. Here are all the details about the Twitch Drops summarized.
Massive will actively stream this month, especially when the global events are online.
