In The Division, a team managed to complete the incursion “Falcon Lost” using only pistols.
What weapons do you use to tackle “Falcon Lost”? The AUG and Vector submachine guns? Or do you prefer an assault rifle instead?
What about trying a pistol – and only a pistol? That’s what agents Bratpfanne007, Jaspin 72, Respectar, and COBRA-AUSTRIA thought: They executed the “Pistol-Only” run on “Hard” difficulty live on Twitch. Here’s a recording of how they managed it on Youtube:
It seems the Division agents take their self-imposed challenge very seriously: They use no weapons other than pistols and even forgo grenades. As an essential skill, they utilize the Ballistic Shield, which allows them to use only sidearms anyway.
During the run, the agents had to contend not only with the LMB but also with a few bugs. Nevertheless, they were able to destroy the MTW and stop the enemies in the end. At least they didn’t have to worry about one thing during this attempt: the ammunition.
The agents’ gear scores during this respectable achievement were beyond the 200 mark.
