In The Division today, on April 28th, is the big vendor reset. These items are particularly worthwhile.
With some delta issues in The Division, on April 23rd, the 5th global event “Blackout” started. The event has since been extended and runs now until May 7th. Blackout allows you to knock out your enemies in the style of Thor: You attack your enemies with shocking ammunition.
During your excursions through Manhattan, you can take a look at the vendors’ offers, which change every week overnight from Friday to Saturday. These are our recommendations for the vendor reset on April 28th in The Division.

Recommended Weapons since April 28th
- Special Equipment Vendor: Liberator with Capable, Destructive, and Receptive. Has a high Gear Score (276) and good talents. Depending on your needs, you should replace Capable with Destructive for PvE or Vengeful for PvP.
- Special Equipment Vendor: Pakhan with Gifted and Destructive. Strong weapon in PvE and has a high Gear Score of 280. Replace Gifted with talents like Precision and Destructive.
- Camp Clinton: Liberator with Talented, Receptive, and Vengeful. Again a Liberator, with a high GS of 283. It also comes with strong talents that are particularly useful for PvP action. You could replace Talented with more Aggressive talents like Deadly or Malevolent.
- Camp Clinton: MP5 N – Navy version with Deadly, Brutal, and Malevolent. Strong submachine gun with good talents. Malevolent in the third talent slot is very valuable, thus it is particularly recommended for PvE activities. Instead of Brutal, you should focus on talents like Receptive or Destructive. It comes with a GS of 280, rounding it off nicely.
- Wolves Den: M4 – Light version with Gifted, Prepared, and Destructive. The M4 is already a strong weapon by itself, and these talents are suitable for PvP builds focusing on critical hits. The Predator benefits particularly from the Prepared/Destructive combination. Gifted should give way to talents like Receptive or Deadly. With the high GS of 281, you save a lot of Div-Tech.
