Currently, a survey is live on how the agents would improve the State of the Game in The Division.
The State of the Game aired on April 6th. This was probably the shortest in the history of all SotG livestreams. Community developer Hamish Bode basically talked about one topic: The State of the Game itself.
However, there were still two other pieces of information: During today’s maintenance, nothing changed in the player experience and the Update 1.6.1 is still on track. It is expected to be released in May.
How should the State of the Game change?
Bode emphasized that The Division is not dead. Massive is still working on the game, and there are still some contents to look forward to for the agents. However, it will not be the case that substantial announcements can be made every week in the upcoming SotG streams.
Therefore, Massive is now collecting ideas from the community through a survey on how they should change the weekly communication between the developers and the players. Bode himself would welcome the idea of showcasing more from the community. That the stream is by the community for the community, that the agents are at the center.
If you want to help decide in which direction the State of the Game should develop, we have here the link to the survey for you.
In it, Massive initially wants to know how you watch this livestream, how often you watch it, and how you generally feel about it. It asks whether there should be weekly streams or only when there is something significant to announce. After that, you should select specific things that would justify a livestream, whether only major reveals or also smaller bug fixes. Finally, it directly addresses community involvement: Should questions in the Twitch chat be answered during the stream, should works from the player community be showcased?
Will you participate in the survey?
