The exotic sniper rifle Nemesis is currently the most powerful weapon in The Division 2. A player has now shown how to deal over 4.7 million damage with one shot. The build focuses heavily on damage.
This is the build: Reddit user swift4010 posted a short video in the subreddit for The Division 2 that revolves around the damage of the exotic Nemesis.
His goal was to break the 4.7 million damage mark. Ultimately, this was achieved after optimizing his build.
swift4010 achieved a 4.7 million headshot on heroic difficulty in a mission and took down a named boss with a single shot. This build was used for that.

4.7 Million Headshot on Elite with this Build
swift4010 uses a combination of the two gear sets Airaldi Holdings and Providence Defense.
This build is all about damage and the Nemesis sniper rifle.
This is the build:
- Mask: Providence Defense with Crit Chance and Skill Power (Skill Power should actually be Crit Damage).
- Talent: Ruthless (+15% damage against elites)
- Backpack: Airaldi Holdings with Weapon Damage and Crit Chance (Should actually be Crit Damage).
- Talent: Ruthless (+15% damage against elites)
- Chest: Providence Defense with Weapon Damage, Bonus Armor (Should actually be Crit Damage) and Headshot Damage.
- Talent: Ruthless (+15% damage against elites)
- Gloves: Airaldi Holdings with Sniper Rifle Damage.
- Talent: Ruthless (+15% damage against elites)
- Holster: Airaldi Holdings with Crit Damage
- Talent: Ruthless (+15% damage against elites)
- Kneepads: Providence Defense with Crit Chance
- Talent: Ruthless (+15% damage against elites)
You can view the complete build in his Imgur album.

This is how the player tested the damage: Initially, swift4010 selected a named elite enemy. His choice of victim to take the damage was Puck, a Black Tusk fighter.
From her, you can also suitably obtain the blueprint for the weapon Nemesis if you have found all other parts of the weapon.
In this mission, you will find Puck: Select the mission Hotel Grad Washington, but as the operation location-Invasion. Puck is the first named boss you will find in the atrium. It won’t take long.
swift4010 replayed the mission repeatedly to achieve the optimal headshot.
What is the aim of the action? According to his own statements, swift4010 has been chasing the highest damage numbers since his days in The Division 1.
With further optimization, this build could even achieve up to 5 million damage, without buffs from possible talents. He sees these as aids he wants to do without.
This conversely means that with other talents even more damage should be possible.
See the results for yourself in the video:
As the base damage of the Nemesis is so high, it surpasses all other sniper rifles currently available in The Division 2. Therefore, many players expect that the weapon will be nerfed in the future.
How do I get Nemesis? Obtaining the Exotic is relatively time-consuming. You will get the required parts in infiltrated strongholds, the blueprint as described above in a mission.
However, these operation location-invasions rotate once a week. It may take a while until you have all the parts.
