In The Division 2 we look at the vendor reset on June 22. There we find 3 items with high rolls recommended by agents, but special vendor Cassie Mandoza seems to be currently buggy and sells nothing. Her offer is empty and her timer leads to nothing.
That is what the vendor reset is for: Once a week, on Friday night to Saturday, the various vendors in The Division 2 change their offers. This is the vendor reset or vendor reset in the language of the agents.
In The Division 2, items have specific “rolls” that can be higher or lower, within certain parameters. Agents then buy items with “particularly high rolls” from the vendors and use the recalibration system to pull an outstanding value onto their own items.
These 3 items are recommended by agents:
- Airaldi Holdings Backpack: This one is available in the White House and has a “Cooldown Reduction” of 20%. The maximum value is significantly higher (at 30%), but even 20% less cooldown for abilities on the backpack counts as a “very good roll”.
- Douglas&Harding Mask: This one is found in the Dark Zone West. The mask has 33% Damage to Elites. An agent with the mask inflicts significantly increased damage on the golden guys. Again, the actual max roll is significantly higher, but the stat is so valuable that 33% DTE is already quite good, as the agents believe.
- Fenris Chest Piece: This one is available at the clan vendor, but apparently not for everyone. In the clan range of 25, the chest piece can be obtained. The piece has a 12.5% bonus on weapon damage. That’s a decent roll.
What about Cassie? Several agents describe that Cassie Mandoza, the secret vendor, has closed her shop since the Update 4.
She has no items for sale and only a countdown that leads to nothing.
We will probably have to wait for a fix in the next patch.
