In June, The Division 2 could become really exciting. After the big Title Update 10 (TU10) with its many changes and innovations, players are also looking forward to the new season and the 2nd raid this month.
The first highlight in June is finally here: Many agents have been waiting for this – the big Title Update 10 (TU10) for The Division 2 is finally available.
In addition to numerous balance changes and adjustments in almost all areas of the game, the new patch brings new items (including Gear Sets and Exotics), a new skill variant, revised Exotics and Gear Sets, as well as various bug fixes.
With the new update, agents should feel more powerful again, be rewarded more generously, and the overall experience should be improved. Additionally, TU10 paves the way for further new content that is expected to be released for The Division 2 later in June. These will come into play with Title Update 10 but will go live at later points in the month.
The Division 2 – More Highlights in June

What We Know So Far About Season 2
What is it about? The new Season 2 is called “Keener’s Legacy” and will regularly supply The Division 2 with new content over the coming months.
There will be a new seasonal manhunt that continues the story after the events of New York and Season 1.
The new seasonal manhunt target that agents will hunt is one of Keener’s most loyal followers, who is supposed to finish what Keener started in New York.
When does Season 2 start? The new season will launch on June 23, 2020.
Is there a season or battle pass for Season 2? Yes, even though the season itself is free: There is a Season 2 Pass that you can pay for but are not required to.
The seasons offer a free rewards branch for all agents, but also a paid premium branch as a form of seasonal progression. Various seasonal rewards can be earned through this. The rewards are spread across 100 seasonal levels that you can level up by collecting XP.
The Season 2 Pass or access to the premium branch costs €10. While there are more rewards through the premium branch, everything gameplay-relevant is also available through the free branch.
What content does Season 2 bring? A comprehensive presentation of the season is expected in the coming days, but the most important details are already known. So, Season 2 brings among other things:
- the new global event “Hollywood”
- the new apparel event “Phoenix Down”
- the new leagues Termite, Luna, Huntsman, and Titan.
- new exotics: the exotic mask Vile and the exotic precision rifle Mantis
- new gear set: Eclipse Protocol
- new brand set: Walker, Harris & Co.
- 2 new named weapons
- 2 new named armor pieces
- a new skill variant: Healing Trap
What We Know About the New Raid
What is it about? Many agents have been waiting for this for a long time. The long-delayed new raid “Operation: Iron Horse” is also expected to launch this month.
There, the True Sons have taken over a metal foundry to produce new weapons. They threaten to destroy everything the Division has worked so hard for, and your task will be to prevent that.
When does the 2nd raid of The Division 2 start? Operation: Iron Horse is expected to launch on June 30, at least the level 40 version for all “Warlords of New York” owners. The level 30 version for all owners of the base game is expected to go live in the following week.
More details about the new raid:
- Operation: Iron Horse is free for all players. Neither the Warlords expansion nor the Year 1 Pass (as it is still a post-launch content from Year 1) are required to play.
- The raid will require 8 players in 2 groups of 4 agents and should demand the maximum from players, their skills, and their builds – just like Operation: Dark Hours
- The raid will introduce 2 new exotics to the game: the pistol Regulus and the rifle Ravenous
- Through the raid, 2 new gear sets will be available: Foundry Bulwark and Future Initiative
- There will be new cosmetic rewards
- There is no matchmaking for the new raid
- The Discovery Mode difficulty, an easier version of Operation: Iron Horse, is expected to be added later via an update
