In The Division 2 updates will take place today, October 27, on all platforms. The servers on PS4, Xbox One, Stadia, and PC will go offline for nearly 3 hours. But what is changing? Find out everything about today’s process and the patch notes here.
Update 12:35 PM: The maintenance is now officially over. Have fun and good loot, Agents!
What is today’s maintenance about? A week ago, The Division 2 received the next major update with Title Update 11.1 (TU11.1). Besides changes in numerous areas of the game – especially for the Summit mode – the patch also brought various bug fixes, but even now there are still a few glitches, and adjustments to the game are ongoing – albeit on a smaller scale.
This is how today’s maintenance will go
These times are important: As usual, the developers at Massive have already announced the schedule for today’s maintenance on Twitter.
This is what you can expect today:
- Maintenance begins at 9:30 AM German time
- Downtime will also start, meaning the Division 2 servers will go offline on all platforms
- Unless issues arise during maintenance, it is expected to last about 3 hours. During that time, your agent life must pause
- Servers should be back online by 12:30 PM German time at the latest
- With the server restart, the downtime ends and thus today’s maintenance as well
However, keep in mind: The maintenance schedule may change. The end of maintenance is often moved forward or back by Massive. If anything goes wrong today, we will update this article as usual.
Patch Notes for Maintenance on October 27
This is changing today: There aren’t really many changes coming to the players today. Essentially, today’s maintenance brings only 2 fixes. Here’s what the maintenance notes say:
- A problem was fixed that caused Delta-01 errors for some players when certain characters were loaded
- A problem was fixed that prevented suicide drones from attacking player skills
- The clothing event of Season 3 is now over and is no longer available
- Items from the event can now be purchased with premium currency in the in-game shop
- The legacy box will now be available – with a rotating selection of items
