Today, on July 23, the next major update for The Division 2 – Title Update 5 is being released. As part of this, maintenance will take place on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and the servers will be offline for several hours. Update: The update is now available for download and is about 9.6 GB on PS4. The servers are back online, so you can start as soon as the patch has been downloaded and installed. The official patch notes have also been released.
Many have been waiting for this: Today, on July 23, the big Title Update 5 is finally being released, which fans have high hopes for. It addresses some of the biggest issues in The Division 2 and also brings new content like fresh Exotics or new weapons.
At the same time, owners of the Year-1-Pass will receive the “Episode 1” DLC, which includes new content such as the PvE activity “Expeditions” or two additional main missions. Players without the Year Pass will have to wait an extra week, until July 30, for this content.
But before you can dive into the new content today, there will first be maintenance and you will need to download a new patch for The Division 2.
This is how today’s maintenance will proceed:
- The maintenance is scheduled to begin at 9:30 AM
- During the maintenance, the servers will be offline for several hours. During this time, you will not be able to log in or play
- 3 hours are scheduled for the maintenance. If everything goes as planned, you should be able to start with the new content by 12:30 PM.
