In The Division 1.6 we show you how to create a powerful healer build for “Last Stand”. This will keep you on your feet in PvP.
Since the launch of the DLC “Last Stand” and Update 1.6, agents have been searching for new strong builds. Massive has rebalanced things significantly, leading many players to leave their AlphaBridge sets in storage and craft fresh character setups.
If you want to take on the supporter role in your squad and fully focus on skill power and healing abilities, MarcoStyle shows you an outstanding build in the video. This can significantly increase your chances of victory in “Last Stand”.
How to Create the Healer Build in The Division 1.6
This build fully relies on skill power, the tactician’s authority, and the skill “First Aid”. The idea behind the build is that your team is continuously healed, making you extremely hard to kill.
Skill power scales linearly up to a value of 450,000. That means that up to this (high!) value, your skills become stronger and stronger. Values above 450,000 have a weaker effect on the skills. Therefore, MarcoStyle relies on the tactician’s authority, as this set provides you with the following bonuses that boost skill power:
- 2-set bonus: +15% skill haste
- 3-set bonus: +10% skill power
- 4-set bonus: Talent – For every bullet your group hits an enemy with, you gain 0.2% skill power, with a maximum bonus of 30%. The bonus disappears only when a skill is used.

Focus on These Armor Pieces
- Chest Piece: High-end with Energized: Allows all healing skills (including First Aid) to overheal. Ideally, all team members should have this talent. The chest piece also has a bonus to skill haste, health, and ammunition capacity.
- Backpack: High-end with Inventive: Increases skill power by 15% at full health. Also provides a bonus to health and ammunition capacity. Thanks to the Energized talent, you will mostly have overheal and thus benefit greatly from the Inventive talent – as you remain at full health for longer.
- Mask: Tactician’s Authority with a bonus to skill power and burn resistance.
- Gloves: Tactician’s Authority with a bonus to health on kill, skill haste, and assault rifle damage.
- Knee Pads: Tactician’s Authority with a bonus to health and status effect resistances.
- Holster: Tactician’s Authority with a bonus to skill haste.
- The Mods for this build mainly require skill haste, electronics, and “First Aid” boosts. This gets you to the following values:
The Character Skills:
- First Aid with Defibrillator Mod: You receive an instant heal followed by a heal-over-time. Can revive allies. For example, if you have 300,000 HP ally healing, they will receive 150,000 HP instantly and another 150,000 HP over a 10-second period.
With this build, you heal your allies directly, and they can jump back into battle while being continuously healed for a further 10 seconds.
- First Aid with Immunizer Mod: Thanks to this skill and the high-end talents, you will mostly have overheal.

The Character Talents:
- Adrenaline: The First Aid set heals for 10 seconds and does not stop healing when you take damage.
- Triage: Heals an ally with a skill to reduce the cooldown time by 15%.
- Field Medic: Use a First Aid kit near allies to heal group members within 20 meters by 40%.
- Helper’s Death: Destroying a skill deployed by an enemy increases skill power by 20% for 30 seconds.
The Weapons of the Build
The weapon used is the Liberator with the talents Competent (Weapon damage is increased by 10% for 15 seconds after a skill is used) and Gifted (When you eliminate a target, skill power is increased by 15% for 20 seconds). A second weapon is an RPK-74 E black market version with talented.
By the way: Before you plunge into battle, you can eat canned food (consumable). These increase healing effects by 40%. In Last Stand, you receive all consumables back on every respawn.
This way, you achieve incredibly high healing effects and can use healing skills at short intervals.
