In One Piece, there are numerous Devil Fruits that grant their users special powers. As there are now so many users, it can happen that some of the powers are not as prominently shown in the manga as others. Eiichiro Oda, the creator of One Piece, now introduces 4 of them in more detail.
What question did the reader have? In the new SBS Vol. 110, Eiichiro Oda answers the questions from the readers of his manga. A fan notices that one of the vice-admirals who appears on Egghead Island looks just like another admiral named Kadar. According to Oda, that is just a coincidence.
Oda apologizes for the two looking similar and instead lists the profiles of the other 8 admirals who have appeared on Egghead Island. Included are the fighting techniques of the respective Marine admirals, which include 4 Devil Fruits that were only briefly shown in the manga.
Luffy and his friends are still on Egghead Island in the anime:

What kind of Devil Fruits are these? Among the 8 admirals, there are 4 who have eaten a Devil Fruit. Oda explains their names and what benefits they provide (via pewpiece on X):
- Rako Rako no Mi (Otter-Otter Fruit): A Zoan fruit that allows the user to transform into a sea otter hybrid or a full sea otter. The fruit was eaten by Pomsky, who can execute a powerful attack with a shell.
- Tsutsu Tsutsu no Mi (Cannon-Cannon Fruit): A Paramecia fruit that allows the user to turn parts of their body into cannons. It was eaten by Urban, who thus became human artillery.
- Nori Nori no Mi (Drive-Drive Fruit): A Paramecia fruit that allows the user to transform and control anything into a vehicle. The fruit was eaten by Bluegrass. The object or being must be within the range of their Haki for their powers to work.
- Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Ryoken (Dog-Dog Fruit, Model: Hunting Dog): A Zoan fruit that transforms the user into a dog hybrid or a complete dog. It was eaten by Hound.
The other admirals, on the other hand, have special fighting styles with which they take down their opponents. Vice Admiral Guillotine even has a sword on his head that he can throw like a boomerang. Unfortunately, all these powers were inadequately showcased in the manga and were only seen for a few panels, which is why it’s nice that Oda explains them to us again.
