On the Game UK website, the price for the Season Pass of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has now appeared.

Name and price known: The Season Pass is called “Black Ops Pass” and costs £39.99. This is approximately $49.99, which matches the price of the Season Pass for Black Ops 3. In Germany, the price should therefore also be, as with Black Ops 3, at €49.99.
