The MMORPG Crowfall is currently in a closed beta, but more and more players are being invited. As the developers revealed, almost all registered players have been invited and additional testers are being sought.
What kind of test is this? On August 11, Crowfall officially entered beta. The MMORPG focused on PvP has been in development for over 5 years and has offered a playable version since 2018, which was only available to paying customers.
However, users can also participate in the current beta by simply registering on the official website. And your chances are very good that you will be selected for the test, even if you register today. The developers also revealed this in a new Q&A.
Almost all 400,000 beta registrations have received an invitation
How is the beta going so far? As Creative Director J. Todd Coleman revealed in the video, the beta is going well. It is primarily intended to test the stability of the servers and features. For this, many players are needed.
So far, nearly 400,000 players have registered for the beta, in addition to the 70,000 backers who have already invested money. As Coleman mentioned, almost all of these registered players have now been invited.
How can you still register? To participate in the beta, it is sufficient to register on the official website. Participants are invited in waves.
So initially, the players who registered early are being invited. But new players will also receive invitations.

How long will the beta last? Players who register for the beta can play for 30 days initially. Those who have already invested money and are backers of the MMORPG can use the beta indefinitely.
After the currently closed beta, an official open beta is also expected to follow. After that, there will be the release, which is currently scheduled for the end of the year, as Coleman revealed in an interview with MeinMMO.
