Jumanji is an iconic movie featuring Robin Williams. The titular board game makes life difficult for the protagonists, but in reality, the game is not that hard and could be completed in 5 minutes. One should have just read the rules.
What is Jumanji? This refers to the board game that appeared in the film with Robin Williams in 1995. The video game from Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and Jumanji: The Next Level is irrelevant here. The children Judy and Peter move into the former home of the missing Alan. In this house, they find an old dice game. However, it is not just a simple game, but a curse that brings various obstacles from the game to life.
The difficulty of Jumanji is not playing the game, but surviving the animals and natural disasters that materialize during the game. As Randy Meeks from Sensacine points out, Jumanji can, however, be finished in a matter of minutes.

Just try to roll as quickly as possible
In his article, Meeks notes that the protagonists of the film should have simply rolled as quickly as possible. Instead of running or looking at what the next obstacle in the real world causes, each player should have played as fast as they could.
One might argue that the dangers in the real world are deadly, but there are also rules that can be circumvented, as user kinyutaka points out on Reddit.
You must face the danger that the game board sends. […] These dangers focus on the person whose turn it is, but they can also affect the whole group.
This means that not everyone has to try to flee from the dangers or find out what dangers arise, but only the person who just rolled. At the same time, Meeks points out that it is not defined where one plays the game and only the person who is currently rolling needs to be present. If they had tactically split up, they could have rolled more efficiently.
However, it must also be emphasized that rolling quickly
sounds easier than it actually is. The threats are dangerous for everyone, including the other players. As one can see with the hunter, the dangers do not disappear when new fields are rolled quickly. Moreover, they are children who are exposed to great dangers and not spectators with sober logic.
Furthering this thought experiment, one must also consider that the demonic game Jumanji cannot simply be outsmarted. As seen in the later films, it is difficult to destroy the game at all.
