Another new mode for Fortnite? Fortnite: Battle Royale already has dozens of limited-time game modes. But that apparently isn’t enough for the players. So they unofficially create another mode and call it “Protect the President”.

What is “Protect the President”?
What is it about? For a round of “Protect the President” four players are needed. Three of them usually wear the John Wick skin because he wears a suit. Those are the bodyguards. The fourth player wears a different skin and is the President.
The mode is inspired by Secret Service agents who protect their president with their lives and would even take a bullet for him.
What are the rules? The goal is for the three bodyguards to protect the president. If he dies, all other players on the team must also surrender. Additionally, the president can only use support items. Some teams also allow him a pistol for self-defense.
A feast for role players!
Of course, the new game mode is unofficial. The players voluntarily impose these restrictions on themselves. But the fun is probably worth the effort. Some players, like the famous Ninja, even use the mode to engage in serious role-playing.
In a popular video, the president and his guards communicate via hand signals and codes to navigate through the round. In addition, fans of the mode promote the idea on Twitter and other platforms, trying to gain more fans.
Will Protect the President be official soon?
Many players wish for the president mode to become an official game mode. On Reddit, concrete ideas have already emerged: a massive 50vs50 mode, where one of the two teams of 50 is the president and has to be protected.
So far, Epic Games has not commented on the idea. However, the studio is known for listening to its community and adopting their ideas. So it is quite possible that something will happen soon. Even PUBG once had a zombie mode because fans had unofficially created something like that.
