The best radio stations from Cyberpunk 2077 in the ranking – these channels play the strongest songs

In this list, we present you the best radio stations from Cyberpunk 2077, which not only play strong songs but also deepen the world of the game on a musical level. MeinMMO editor Caro introduces her favorites and explains why they work so well.

Music plays a significant role in Cyberpunk 2077. A wide selection of songs has been produced for the game, which you are almost constantly surrounded by. Besides the continuous shouting over “NiCola – taste the love” and “oooOOORGIATIC”, it’s a pleasant change to listen to something other than a groaning commercial.

For this reason, I want to introduce you to the best radio stations from Cyberpunk 2077 that not only feature strong songs but make the world of the game even more immersive. In doing so, I take into account the quality and the vibes that a channel provides, the songs and their – as I call it – “banger potential,” but also the integration into the universe of Cyberpunk.

Of course, it is important to say: Music is a very subjective topic. Just because I love a channel or certain songs, doesn’t make them objectively “better”. I am not a music expert, but I enjoy listening to various genres and consider myself a big soundtrack fan.

That’s why I would love to hear from you which radio stations and songs you particularly enjoy, or if you find my selection absolutely dreadful. Feel free to let us know in the comments!

Here you can see the trailer for the “City of Dreams” in Cyberpunk 2077, accompanied by REL & Artemis Delta’s song “Night City”:

I will take a closer look at the top 5 radio stations, but I also prepared by listening to the other channels. I can say that there isn’t a station that I truly dislike, however, there are candidates that are significantly stronger than their competitors. Here are places 14 to 6:

  • Place 14 – 99.9 Impulse FM (DLC): A long DJ set. Not bad, but too background music-y. Fits perfectly in clubs, but less so than my radio selection.
  • Place 13 – 107.5 Dark Star (DLC): Very techno-heavy. Doesn’t have a bad track but doesn’t really stick in your head either.
  • Place 12 – 103.5 Radio PEBKAC: Good club beats and very Maelstrom. Perfect for the “Dance of Death” club and gunfights, but not for my drive.
  • Place 11 – 95.2 Samizdat Radio: Quieter than Impulse FM, but a similar vibe that I like a bit better. It doesn’t reach my other “calmer” favorites, but it’s definitely not bad.
  • Place 10 – 96.1 RitualFM: Similar to Radio PEBKAC, but Ritual makes it bassier, punchier, and somehow just better. Gives me strong cyber-psycho vibes that fit the game perfectly. Also, the station plays some songs from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.
  • Place 9 – 106.9 30 PRINCIPALES: A strong station with good songs that deserved a higher place. However, I’m not a big fan of Spanish hip-hop. High quality that might excite other players more than me.
  • Place 8 – 91.9 Royal Blue Radio: The jazz channel. I actually really like the channel, but more situationally. It’s pretty funny to play this music after a particularly bloody mission while driving away from the crime scene. For that alone, I respect Royal Blue. Otherwise, it’s a bit too classy and a bit too “Corpo” for me.
  • Place 7 – 92.9 NightFM: My favorite station for combat. Very, very bass-heavy, just fits perfectly!
  • Place 6 – 89.3 Radio Vexelstrom: A good rock channel that is really strong but doesn’t quite reach the slightly better rock stations. However, they play Resist and Disorder, one of my favorite songs from the game. But just because I like that one song doesn’t mean I listen to the channel for hours hoping to catch it. (I still enjoy tuning in though.)

On the next pages, you’ll find my top 5, this time described in a bit more detail.
