The Duke Mk 44 with Aggressive Frame
Here’s how to obtain the Duke Mk 44: The hand cannon fires the slowest of all hand cannons, but it also inflicts the highest damage per bullet. You can randomly receive the Duke as a reward for bounties or legendary engrams.
The best perks for PvE content: You’ll be surprised, but on the Duke Mk 44 you should value the perks Outlaw and Kill Clip / Rampage:
- Sights – Hitmark HV, Crossfire HV, Sure Shot HV
- Magazine – Alloy Magazine, Light Mag, Flared Magwell
- Perk 1 – Outlaw, Triple Tap, Quickdraw
- Perk 2 – Kill Clip, Rampage, Prepared for Anything
The best perks for PvP content: In the Crucible, range is essential! However, with the perk Rampage, you can take out enemy Guardians with two shots (provided you get a kill just before).

- Magazine – Ricochet Rounds, Heavy Rounds, Alloy Magazine
