Comparable to the Better Devil is the new hand cannon Ten Steps, which you can earn from all possible sources. The statistics are nearly identical, so you can’t go wrong with either weapon!
The best perks for PvE content: Unsurprisingly, the combination of Outlaw and Kill Clip is also the best choice here:
- Sights – Sure Shot HV, Crossfire HV
- Magazine – Extended Mag, Alloy Magazine, Flared Magwell
- Perk 1 – Outlaw, Triple Tap
- Perk 2 – Kill Clip, Zen Moment, Explosive Payload
The best perks for PvP content: In the Crucible, you can enhance your range with the Perk Snapshot, which also positively affects the bloom mechanic. As a second trait, you can use First Shot to give your first bullet in the magazine a bonus to precision and range.
