Rank 5 – Shadebinder (Warlock)
Shadebinders are not long in the game, but they managed to impress 246 of you (8.42%). At the beginning of Beyond Light, the class was considered a favorite, but now claims a solid 5th place.
What distinguishes Shadebinders? Warlocks have always been the space wizards in Destiny. Shadebinders take this to the extreme by summoning an ice scepter. Wherever they point with it, everything and everyone freezes.
But freezing everything with Stasis is not enough for these Warlocks. In their super, they simply break apart all helpless enemies who have been frozen into an ice pillar into a thousand tiny pieces.
These aspects exist: The Stasis Warlock has unique aspects from which they can choose 2 simultaneously. These are your options in Season 13:
- Iceflare Bolts: When you shatter frozen targets, automatic Stasis seekers appear that freeze other enemies.
- Frostpulse: Using your rift creates a Stasis shockwave that freezes everything nearby.
- Shadekeeper: This turns your Stasis grenade into a turret. It seeks its own targets and slows its victims through fire.
You also have access to the same fragments as Titans. With these, you can customize individual abilities. Recently, you can find 6 new fragments.
The reality is chaotic and unmanageable; bind it and create order.
Description of the Shadebinders
Use these Exotics:
- There is currently (as of February 2021) no specific Exotic for Shadebinders.
- However, since Stasis Warlocks have numerous abilities to freeze enemies, the exotic helmet Eye of Another World is recommended. With it, you charge the nasty skills quickly without investing in status values.
What placement was there in 2020? Stasis Warlocks only arrived in Destiny with Beyond Light in November 2020 and therefore were not represented in the ranking in 2020.
