What distinguishes Dawnblades? Guardians who have dedicated themselves to the teachings of the Dawnblade wield a burning sword. They use this powerful weapon either to rain fire from the sky or to empower the whole team with Solar magic.
These specializations have Solar Warlocks:
- Sunbringer (Heavenly Tuning) – This focus masters air superiority. No other Guardian has access to evasive maneuvers in the air, fireball spells, and so many bonuses for attacking from above.
- Sunbringer (Flame Tuning) – Warlocks with this specialization have devoted themselves entirely to their burning sword. The flame projectiles almost seek enemies on their own and unnaturally extend your super.
- Well of Radiance (Tuning of Grace) – Here, you have the best healers and support from Destiny who, however, also fight at the forefront. You provide your team with damage buffs, your grenades restore health, and even your flame sword creates a powerful protective aura.

Description of the Dawnblades
Use these Exotics:
- Dawnchord: The strangely looking helmet significantly increases the damage of Dawnblade against burning targets. Additionally, the duration of all fire effects is extended, and every fire tick grants you melee energy.
- Phoenix Protocol: With this breastplate, you gain super energy in the Well of Radiance – regardless of whether you get kills or assists. This way, you can frequently empower the entire team and especially shine in the endgame.
- Lunar Fabrication Boots: In Rift, the whole team reloads weapons faster or doubles the range. The same goes for the Well of Radiance. The Exotic is indispensable in the current Deep Stone Crypt raid.
