Rank 5 – Chongyun – A-Tier
Who is Chongyun? Chongyun comes from Liyue and was born into a renowned family of exorcists. He himself is also one and has made it his mission to hunt evil spirits and demons.
Chongyun uses a claymore as a weapon and has the element Cryo.
Why does he belong in 5th place? As a Cryo character, Chongyun has the ability to freeze water and thus overcome natural barriers. His ability also causes a delayed AoE Cryo explosion that you can use to create combos. Additionally, cool winds are generated afterwards, which convert all melee attacks into Cryo attacks, which is especially strong in a pure melee team.
Rank 4 – Barbara – A-Tier
Who is Barbara? Barbara is a deaconess of the Favonius Church and a respected and popular character in Mondstadt. This is due both to her kind nature and her special knowledge in healing arts.
Barbara uses a catalyst as a weapon and operates with the Hydro element.
Why does she belong in 4th place? Barbara has a strong ability that allows her to heal all characters in the group. This AoE effect can turn a fight completely, especially when fighting tough bosses in the Twisted Abyss.
Barbara’s healing scales with her maximum HP. Therefore, strengthen her in that area to get better healing.
Rank 3 – Xiangling – A-Tier
Who is Xiangling? Xiangling is the head chef at the Wanmin Restaurant and also serves as a waitress. She cooks with great passion and is characterized by her typically spicy and hot dishes.
Xiangling is played with an elemental build to fully utilize her Pyro powers. She uses a polearm as a weapon.
Why does she belong in 3rd place? Xiangling has an ultimate ability that creates a fire tornado around her, which also stays active when switching characters. This allows for many combos with other characters.
Additionally, Xiangling offers good DPS, even without relying on combos. This makes her a worthy 3rd place.
Rank 2 – Razor – A/S-Tier
Who is Razor? Razor is a young man with a claymore and the Electro element. He was raised by wolves as an orphan and thus has animalistic instincts.
Why does he belong in 2nd place? Razor is by far the best 4-star DPS in the game. Generally, only 1 or 2 5-star characters can match him. His ultimate is particularly strong, summoning a spectral wolf that deals damage alongside him.
Additionally, the skill reloads so quickly that it can be used multiple times in a fight against tough bosses.
Rank 1 – Fischl – S-Tier
Who is Fischl? Fischl is a mysterious girl who travels the world with her raven named Oz. She wields a bow as a weapon and has strong Electro attacks. Therefore, it makes sense to play Fischl in a way that amplifies her elemental damage.
Why does she belong in 1st place? Fischl is a versatile character who can deal a lot of damage while also enabling combos with other characters and elements.
Her normal skill summons the raven Oz, who remains on the field even when you switch Fischl. In her ultimate skill, Fischl also deals a lot of Electro damage to multiple targets.
Overall, Fischl is therefore a strong character and rightfully belongs in the S-Tier.
Another strong and popular character is Venti. However, he has been removed from the wishes for the time being. This led to sorrow among the players.
