When does the Battlefield V Open Beta start? Everything about the start time
Early Access: Anyone who has pre-ordered Battlefield 5 or has subscribed to EA Access, Origin Access, or Origin Access Premier can begin on September 4, 2018, at 10:00 AM.
Start of the Open Beta: From 10:00 AM on September 6, 2018, all interested parties can join the Battlefield 5 Open Beta. The Open Beta ends on September 11 at 4:00 PM.
On which platforms does the Battlefield V Open Beta run?
The Open Beta is playable on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
Is a PS Plus/Xbox Live Gold membership required for the Battlefield 5 Beta?
On Xbox One, an active Xbox Live Gold membership is required to play.
Attention: Also on the PS4, it seems that a PS Plus subscription is required for the Battlefield 5 Open Beta, contrary to initial statements – but only in Germany. A note to that effect can be found in the German PlayStation Store. It is unknown why a subscription is only required in this country.
Is there a preload for the Battlefield 5 Open Beta?
Yes, there is a preload. You can download the beta client since September 3.

What content does the Battlefield 5 Open Beta offer?
These maps and modes are included in the Open Beta: The Conquest mode for 64 players can be played on the Rotterdam or Arctic Fjord maps. In occupied Holland or Norwegian Narvik, players will then fight for control of important key positions. Both the new barricades and towable weapons or squad reinforcements will be used.
Furthermore, during the Open Beta, two game days of the Grand Operations can be played. This mode is also designed for up to 64 players and can be played on the Arctic Fjord map. As part of the Grand Operations, players will get a glimpse of the Air Assault and Breakthrough modes.
A taste of Tides of War: The Open Beta also provides a preview of Tides of War. This is a kind of dynamic journey through World War II, told through personal stories and continuously expanded with new stories.
Are there rewards for participating in the Battlefield 5 Open Beta?
During the beta, players can test a five-part chapter of Tides of War. All who complete the chapter will receive an exclusive dog tag in the game once Battlefield 5 is released.
When is Battlefield V released?
The release of Battlefield 5, originally scheduled for October 19, 2018, was moved to November 20, 2018. More information about the early access, which is also being postponed, will follow.
