1. The Incredibles

What kind of film is this? The Incredibles is the 6th film from the animation studio Pixar and tells the story of a family that actually wants to lead a normal life. However, they have superpowers. When the past of the family patriarch, Mr. Incredible, threatens his family, they must once again don their costumes.
The big highlight of The Incredibles is the charming characters and the fun animation. The characters are parodies of classic tropes, but they also have their own individuality. The humor works, and today the references to superheroes may resonate even better.

2. The Crow

The Crow is brutal, ruthless, but also a film that significantly differs from today’s superhero films. The Crow was also the tragic end of Brandon Lee. The son of the legend Bruce Lee died in an accident during filming.
However, one should steer clear of the 2024 remake, which lacks the interesting aspects of the original.
