7 vs. Wild has changed over the years, and the participants have become increasingly diverse. While in the beginning it was only friends of creator Fritz Meinecke, there have now been participants from all sorts of categories.
Some contestants who were considered favorites before the season aired could not perform well in the show. Our “7 vs. Wild” expert Cedric has watched all seasons and “Behind the Scenes” episodes and created a ranking of the 5 weakest contestants of 7 vs. Wild, based primarily on their performance in the show and of course is to be understood with a wink.

Pascal “Bommel” Bommert actually had a good run in the first season of 7 vs. Wild. During a bathroom break at night, the contestant complained of severe pain. In a comment under the episode on YouTube, he mentioned that the medical checks that examined his chest pains were inconclusive.
What exactly led to the decision to give up, the contestant does not know for sure; he trusted his body and opted for caution. Nevertheless, he could probably have gone further. Once he reached civilization, he was very happy about food, which likely contributed a lot to his condition.
