How was the ranking created? For the ranking, we compared all the female characters from the anime Naruto Shippuden. In doing so, we specifically assessed the fighting power and special abilities of each character. Naruto Classic and Boruto are not included in this ranking. Based on this, we present to you the 5 strongest women from Naruto Shippuden.

Place 5: Chiyo
Chiyo, a great Kunoichi from Sunagakure, is distinguished by her puppet mastery and is often underestimated. She can control up to ten puppets simultaneously, including her legendary puppets Father
and Mother
of Sasori. With her puppets, she once managed to conquer an entire castle on her own in the past.
Despite her age, Chiyo uses her extensive experience to compensate for her physical limitations and strategically act in battles.
Apart from her expertise in puppetry, Chiyo is also an excellent medic. She masters complex medical jutsu and is capable of treating even the most severe injuries. An outstanding example of her medical skills is the Reincarnation Jutsu

Sakura Haruno possesses exceptional chakra control. This allows her to utilize techniques efficiently and significantly enhance her physical strength. By concentrating chakra, she can execute extremely powerful attacks.
Under Tsunade’s training, Sakura has developed immense physical strength, enabling her to inflict severe injuries on opponents and cause massive destruction. This strength is particularly evident in her Tai Jutsu, where she has learned to concentrate chakra in her strikes and release it explosively. She can also quickly see through opponents’ Gen Jutsu and dispel them.
Sakura learned advanced medical jutsus from Tsunade, including “Creation Rebirth,” which allows her to recover from injuries almost instantly. She also has extensive knowledge of healing herbs and poisons. Sakura can additionally use the Kuchiyose no Jutsu

Mei Terumi, the fifth Mizukage of Kirigakure, is an impressive and powerful Kunoichi. Her strength primarily stems from her unique abilities: she is the only known person who naturally possesses two Kekkei Genkai. The Lava Element (Yōton) allows her to create liquid lava that has a high attack power and can penetrate even strong defenses. The Steam Element (Futton) enables her to produce a corrosive mist that can even melt the powerful Susano’o.
Additionally, Mei masters the elements of Earth (Doton), Water (Suiton), and Fire (Katon), which increases her versatility in battle. Her exceptional chakra control allows her to deploy these techniques precisely and effectively – making her one of the most dangerous opponents.
