Place 3: Heles

What Beerus is for Universe 7, Heles is for Universe 2. She is the only female God of Destruction and has a sense of justice. For example, she rejects Zeno’s destruction of multiple universes in the Tournament of Power. Additionally, she shows compassion for her warriors and is shocked by the cruel methods Freezer employs.
As the Goddess of Destruction, she has the power to destroy planets at will. In the manga, she also possesses a mystical bow and arrow and is able to strike another God of Destruction in battle with her weapon.
Place 2: Marcarita
- First appearance: Episode 78 (Dragon Ball Super)
- Affiliation: Angel
Marcarita is the angel from Universe 11. The angels are the mentors of the Gods of Destruction and are much stronger than them. Marcarita takes care of Belmod in her universe and stands in second place representing all female angels in Dragon Ball.
Together with Martinu, Vados, and Kusu, she is one of the daughters of the Grand Minister. Unfortunately, we do not see much of her strength in the anime and manga. However, the mere fact that she is an angel makes her incredibly strong. Therefore, we rank her along with Martinu and Kusu in second place. We only consider Vados to be stronger.
Place 1: Vados
- First appearance: Episode 18 (Dragon Ball Super)
- Affiliation: Angel
Vados is the angel from Universe 6 and serves the God of Destruction Champa. Like her sisters, she unfortunately does not showcase her fighting skills directly in the anime. We only know that she claims to be stronger than Whis, the angel from Universe 7. However, thanks to her martial arts pupil Champa, we can assume that Vados has a slight edge.
Champa manages to defeat his godly colleague Sidra in a fair 1-vs-1 battle. Belmod, on the other hand, had to rely on tricks to land hits. Since a pupil is usually only as good as their master, we can assume that Vados is stronger than her sisters.
