Rank 3: Robo-Scorpion

These robots may be relatively unknown, as they only appear in the Old World Blues add-on of Fallout New Vegas. But that does not mean they cannot be incredibly dangerous.
Various versions of the Robo-Scorpion existed, originating from before the Great War. However, this spot in the list is particularly deserved by the X-42 model. The huge robot, like the other versions, resembles a scorpion but has much more to offer.
It attacks with an atomic laser, which not only inflicts conventional damage but also radiation damage to the target. In close combat, the robot can attack with its claws.
Thanks to an armor made of Saturnite (an extremely hard alloy), smaller projectiles barely penetrate the outer layer. However, the Robo-Scorpion is vulnerable to pulse weapons. If the situation looks really dire, it initiates self-destruction, causing a small nuclear explosion.
