Rank 4: Sentry Bots

At least one weight class higher is the Sentry Bot. Just the sight of it resembles a walking fortress. There are different models, some built by RobCo Industries, the military from before the Great War, or the Enclave.
Sentry Bots serve one purpose: to eliminate enemies as early as possible, preferably while they are still far away. For this, the robot uses various weapon systems: rocket launchers, grenade launchers, Gatling guns, and miniguns, to name a few.
Destroying a Sentry Bot is not easy, as the robot is heavily armored and very mobile – it usually moves on two or three legs and can quickly change direction. Internal cooling systems ensure that the Sentry Bot does not overheat in combat. Although it may appear sluggish overall, it is in reality one of those opponents you would rather not encounter.
