Monte Gazlowe
Never be afraid to take that one big step.
Monte Gazlowe is probably known to most players. This goblin was once the leader of Ratchet but became the Trade Prince of the Bilgewater Cartel after Jastor Gallywix disappeared and left the Horde.
Horde characters have mostly seen Gazlowe in the “Warlords of Draenor” expansion, as he handled the establishment of the garrison. His coordinated approach ensured that the Horde could even gain a foothold in the Frostfire Ridge.
Gazlowe is a member of the Horde Council and therefore has significant political influence over all decisions within the Horde. However, he has hardly exerted this influence and has mostly taken a more advisory role, although he has been involved in all major decisions and events of recent years.
Gazlowe is a rather unusual goblin. Although he likes money and profits like all goblins, he does not do so at any cost. He pays his employees well, provides them with danger allowances and even reasonable working hours. This has led to him now having a group of extremely loyal employees who are also significantly less bribable than is usually the case with goblins – because usually, for the right price, you can get just about anything from goblins.
Like most goblins, Gazlowe is a fairly pragmatic inventor, but he is a little less into explosions than other goblins. However, if explosions are a side effect of his plan, he gladly takes them anyway.
Gazlowe is given a leading role in Patch 11.1 Lorenhalt of the “The War Within” expansion – but you’ll enjoy that best yourself.
