1. The “Pros” who make a scene out of every fight
What kind of players are they? You can quickly recognize this species, because they play as if there is no tomorrow. If you shoot in their direction, they build a fortress in seconds.
Building battles seem impossible against these players because they can build, edit, and do everything better. Hiding in a box does nothing because they will find and eliminate you within moments, only to mock you with the “Loser Dance” afterward.
If such a “pro” ends up in your team, you can at least hope they help you to a victory.
What distinguishes these players are their skins, which they adorn themselves with. And yes, I mean the football skins or my personal favorite, which I absolutely cannot stand: Dynamo. No, you are not the Fortnite pro Mongraal, so don’t pretend to be!
2. The players who never mute
What kind of players are they? There is a type of player who can never mute their microphone. They sing, talk, a vacuum cleaner runs in the background, and somewhere a dog is barking.
But why is this so annoying? In Fortnite, it is important to perceive all the sounds of the game. You must be able to hear where the coveted chest with the loot is and, even more importantly: Where is my opponent right now?
If teammates make so much noise, it drowns out the entire game, and usually, you get eliminated quickly because you simply don’t hear that an opponent is nearby. Also, the vacuum cleaner noise is annoying.
3. The Backseat Gamers
What kind of players are they? In Fortnite, it doesn’t have to be game over if you get eliminated. You can watch your teammates, and they can even bring you back with a reboot van so you can continue playing.
However, this spectator function sometimes leads players to behave quite annoyingly. Even though they were eliminated first, they often know better what one should do.
They end up yelling at you while giving you “hard coaching” and issuing commands that usually only serve their interests. Woe to you if you don’t dance to their tune, because then you are a “noob” who knows nothing about the game.
4. The Loot Thieves
What kind of players are they? Do you know those teammates who land in the same spot as you and absolutely want to open the same chest? Of course, they steal all the loot from you.
Yes, it may be a coincidence, and if it only happens once, it’s okay. But those players who follow you like a puppy and steal every item you wanted, these are the annoying loot thieves.

5. The players who ruin their own game
What kind of players are they? Something I will never understand is the behavior of some players in the Fortnite community. There are some who ruin their own game that they probably play daily.
It seems they are never satisfied with what Fortnite offers them. Once it doesn’t go the way they want, they declare the game dead, but why? You’re playing it yourself, so why do you want to see your favorite game dead?
Whether you encounter these player types as opponents or teammates in Fortnite, they will definitely cause frustration.
