Sailor’s Yarn
Even though Battle for Azeroth is not exactly considered the most popular expansion of World of Warcraft in gaming history, there were some quest lines that remained in memory for most.
One of these quests is “Sailor’s Yarn” from Stormsong Valley. In classic “Captain Bluebear” fashion, we experience some seafarers telling pretty breathtaking tales about how they live their adventures and daily life while defending their small island.
Steward Hook, Master Gunner String, and “Lead Weight” want you to retell their stories, similar to “The Day Deathwing Came.”
And much like in the quest, there’s a lot of imagination and chaos involved here as well. You must manually smash sharks, single-handedly drive away a giant octopus, and equip a dolphin with a super-duper death ray to subsequently defeat the Naga and other vile creatures from the sea.
While the quest line is not really relevant to the plot – it is still one of the best you can experience in Stormsong Valley. Even if only as an Alliance character.
