3. The crazy one who collected all achievements
In March 2018, we reported on the Swedish player Xirev. He set himself the goal of earning all achievements in World of Warcraft. An ambitious endeavor that he then also executed.
Over the course of 6 years, he amassed a playtime of nearly 900 days – sacrificing more than 9 hours daily on average to this goal.
The project included over 30 characters at the then max level (110), which he needed for the individual campaigns in Legion and other challenges.
The toughest tasks were, by the way, the achievements that depended on massive luck. Such as mounts that only drop from special foes or are extremely rare, such as the black cloud serpent from the Timeless Isle. But even PvP achievements took a lot of time, as 250,000 honorable kills are not easy to obtain.
