A particularly obscure being is “The Master”. Originally, he was a human who mutated thanks to FEV. Instead of becoming an ordinary mutant, however, his body underwent bizarre changes.
From then on, he can absorb living beings including rats or other animals. The Master becomes increasingly intelligent, and slowly a god complex forms. He plans to establish “Harmony” in the wasteland.
This should be achieved by having all beings mutate and transform themselves. He abducts humans and exposes them to the FEV. He is supported by the so-called “Children of the Cathedral”, humans who blindly follow the Master. Thus, he and his army instill fear and terror. The Master is so insidious because he believes he is doing the right thing and shrinks back from nothing.
