Lance, a ghost hunter with a reality TV show, leads his team to an abandoned psychiatric hospital that is supposedly haunted. Hoping to record paranormal activities, they lock themselves in for the night, during which one by one they disappear or are killed by invisible entities.
When they try to escape, they find that all exits lead back into the institution, and hospital wristbands with their names appear on their wrists. When everyone else is gone, Lance is left wandering until he finds clues of strange rituals. The ghosts of a terrible doctor and his nurses appear and force Lance onto an operating table. Lance is lobotomized and must wander the halls forever.
