A group of high school students finds themselves in a wax museum in a nearly deserted town, unable to escape due to a broken car engine. However, the “help” from the locals turns out to be something entirely different: The first victim of the group is attacked by the town’s inhabitants and encased in wax.
When his friends finally find him and try to help, they notice that the wax has become his own skin. He has already become a part of the museum in his wax shell and must helplessly watch as his friends fight for their lives.
