Throughout his life, he has augmented himself to escape the scourges of human existence. Thus, he can also use augmentations in combat. He is also not weakened by human disadvantages
like emotions or pain.
His great goal remains the advancement through machines, or as he calls it: the glorious evolution.
2. Ambessa Medarda
First appearance: 2012 in Arcane
Ambessa is introduced as Mel’s mother, but she is quite different from her daughter. She is a warlord from the nation of Noxus. She is in Piltover because she wants Hextech weapons to protect her clan in Noxus. (via League of Legends Wiki)
Ambessa is a ruthless woman who has faced death early in her life. She is trained in close combat and uses two brass knuckle blade weapons in battle. She is also a strategist and probably has the most combat experience on this list.
1. Warwick

By the latest trailers for Season 2, we know that Warwick will appear. Warwick himself hardly remembers anything anymore. Only fragments of his past occasionally emerge. He is in a constant blood frenzy and constantly searches for victims in Zhaun to quench his thirst for blood. (via League of Legends)
Though Warwick is not as intelligent or trained as other champions on this list, he is more than just a simple wolf monster. Through experiments, he has been enhanced
. His beastly strength is augmented by chemical substances, and the metallic additions to his claws make him a monster that no one on this list could defeat alone.
The lore upon which the ranking of these characters is based may change as Season 2 of Arcane progresses. Especially with Viktor or Singed, it will be exciting to see what the champions can do.
