Fringilla is the representative of Nilfgaard within the Lodge— a position that brings her both power and mistrust. Her magic is precise and coldly calculated, reflecting the style of the southern empire. She is also not averse to darker magic, which makes her dangerous and unpredictable.
She has repeatedly proven her magical abilities in direct conflict. For example, she managed to temporarily blind the much older and more experienced Yennefer. Even Vilgefortz, the most powerful mage in the Witcher universe, was deceived by Fringilla’s illusions.
Despite her dangerous background and combat experience, Fringilla is still relatively young and thus fundamentally inferior to other sorceresses.
