2. King Ghidorah

If there is a true rival to Godzilla, it is the alien monster Ghidorah, which has appeared in many films. In his first appearance, he was an evil monster that came to Earth to destroy it. Later he was controlled by aliens and returned (often as a cyborg).
With his 3 independently acting heads, he can attack from multiple directions in battle and often ensnare his opponent. Usually, it takes several Kaijū to truly defeat the alien dragon. Also in his latest appearance, Godzilla 2: King of the Monsters, Ghidorah could only be defeated because Godzilla was empowered by Mothra.
He also possesses quite strong attributes: he can fire a gravitational beam, has magnetic abilities, poisonous scales, and impressive endurance.
His most powerful variant is found in the anime film Godzilla: The Planet Eater. There, the giant dragon consists only of pure energy. He can control gravity and has swallowed thousands of planets. However, the anime trilogy is so absurd regarding power relationships that we only place Ghidorah at number 2. Anime Ghidorah would definitely be number 1.
