9. Gigan

Throughout the list, you will notice that Godzilla often deals with aliens. For Gigan is also an alien and virtually the cyborg version of a Godzilla monster. Instead of hands, it has 2 claws and its eyes are a red visor. Depending on the movie, the monster even has upgrades

At his first appearance, he was a dinosaur-like creature that was turned into a cyborg by the Nebulans, an alien race that looks like giant cockroaches. Gigan was intended to conquer the Earth along with King Ghidorah and eradicate humanity. But Godzilla thwarted their plans.
Together with Anguirus, Godzilla fought against the two alien Kaijū, who initially had the upper hand in battle. However, after humans destroyed a control tower of the Nebulans, Godzilla and Anguirus were able to drive their opponents away.
After his first appearance, Gigan appeared in 2 more major films. In the movie Godzilla Final Wars, he received a new backstory in which he was defeated by Mothra thousands of years ago and was mummified and hidden.
