Place 8: Draco Malfoy

We mainly get to know young Draco as Harry’s bitter rival. In many areas, he could hold his own against Harry, even though Draco often had to resort to unfair means to do so.
In part 2, for example, the two had a hairy duel. Although Draco attacked too early to gain an advantage, he demonstrated his skills as a skilled duelist. With the spell “Serpensortia,” he conjured a snake, which is actually taught in much higher years.
Otherwise, Draco was a surprisingly good student and even a prefect. Although he never seemed to try particularly hard, he achieved top marks in many subjects. His dealings with the Death Eaters also taught him a lot about the Dark Arts.
Draco was not only a strong wizard but also clever and cunning. To bring the Death Eaters to Hogwarts, he came up with the idea of repairing the broken Vanishing Cabinet.
