MeinMMO presents the weapon charts of Call of Duty: Warzone in June 2021. Newcomers, classics, enduring favorites – we show you the weapons that are played the most in Warzone and which setups the players are using.
Since the start of Season 3 at the end of April, there has been a positive change in the weapon meta in Call of Duty: Warzone. Many weapons are considered strong and playable, and the differences between the firearms are not as noticeable anymore – personal preferences play a larger role. To give you an overview of what is currently played in the Battle Royale, we show you the 10 most popular weapons in Warzone based on data from the game. On page 2, we provide the matching setups.
Where do the data come from? The basis of the ranking comes from the Warzone weapon tool “WZ Ranked” (via wzranked.com). On the website, you will find the usage rates of the weapons with setups, and the current dataset considers weapon choices from June 17 to June 23, 2021. Due to a closed data interface from Call of Duty, only 2 – 6% of global player data is part of the dataset. However, WZ Ranked emphasizes that this data is still sufficient for a meaningful average.

Compared to our last weapon charts in May, there have been some changes. The FARA 83 was able to take over the first place. Moreover, 3 weapons fell out of the ranking and were replaced by strong competitors. The M4A1, FFAR 1, and LC10 are no longer in the top 10. The new LMG MG 82 is pushing itself directly into the top 3, and the close-combat beast MP5 from Cold War is once again in the mix. Also new is the XM4, which is popular due to its wide range of applications in close and long combat.
The MG 82 was OP at the start of the season and has recently been brought down to reality with a nerf. It remains to be seen whether the weapon can hold its place in the weapon meta of Warzone long-term or remains a one-hit wonder.
