What is ESO? The Elder Scrolls Online lets you experience many adventures together with friends in the fantasy world of Tamriel. Although it is an MMORPG, it is possible to play the story alone as well.
ESO can score with a unique way of portraying the consequences of your actions. The phasing technology, for example, allows an NPC to die. They will no longer appear for you, while others still see them.
This makes ESO a unique gaming experience, as you genuinely feel that you can change the story. PvP is also possible but takes place in special zones.
How many players does The Elder Scrolls Online have on Steam: The Elder Scrolls Online averaged 13,464 players simultaneously on Steam over the past 30 days. At peak times, it had 32,498 concurrent players.
This is what players think: The Elder Scrolls Online remains one of the currently most popular themepark MMORPGs. It convinces with its scope, story, quests, and gameplay. The few criticisms from players primarily focus on performance and the somewhat monotonous combat system.
- Bel.marduk says on Steam: “ESO is an absolute pleasure to play. I love the graphics and the story. Maybe the combat is a bit slow, but you get used to it.”
- Reaper believes: “This is a great game for Elder Scrolls fans and for MMO fans in general. If you have a group of friends, even better. But if you want to explore the world and complete quests on your own, you can do that too.”
