What is Dying Light 2? Dying Light 2 takes place in a zombie-infested, post-apocalyptic world. You are one of the infected, but your fate depends on the future of the remaining humans, and you help to combat a zombie virus.
Dying Light 2 continues the hugely popular first part and now introduces many decisions that determine the consequences for society.
How does Dying Light 2 play: We played Dying Light 2 for you and got an impression of the game. As in the first part, parkour elements and fights with various self-made weapons are the focus.
In Dying Light 2, however, you also use your environment to your advantage, exploding zombies with gas canisters or using trash bags as cushioning. The city continuously evolves based on the direction you set with your decisions.
As an infected, you have special abilities and can reach places that no one else can through superhuman jumps and climbing abilities. Day and night are particularly important, as zombies are hardly dangerous during the day but much more deadly at night.
With Bloody Ties, the first DLC for Dying Light 2 has already been released. However, the game received some criticism, as developers and publisher Techland introduced microtransactions.
