7 Days to Die
In 7 Days to Die, you play in a post-apocalyptic world in the year 2034. Nuclear attacks have significantly reduced the population. Some of the survivors have been infected by a virus that is fatal after seven days. Victims of this virus turn into bloodthirsty zombies that are after you.
The game world is randomly generated and consists of voxels (single blocks, similar to Minecraft). Various factors like weather and hunger make it additionally difficult to defend against the hordes of zombies.
On a huge map, you can choose where to build your fortress for protection against the zombies. You can either take over abandoned buildings or build something completely new. The special feature of 7 Days to Die is the many different options available for building your base. With spikes and walls, you can defend your massive fortifications against the zombie hordes.
Time of day is an important factor in 7 Days to Die. During the day, you can use the time for building, exploring, or hunting, while you should be careful during the late hours. At night, zombies can move faster and attack quicker. On the seventh day, your fortress will be tested, as hordes of zombies will attack your buildings. With weapons and enough ammunition, you can defend yourself against these attackers.
