Just Survive
The name H1Z1 comes from the virus that spreads in this game. You play as one of the last human survivors – and fight for survival. As a player, you must survive against wolves, bears, and hordes of zombies. Other surviving humans may not be friendly. Because everyone fights for their life and goes over corpses to steal valuable loot. Forming teams with other players is a good option if you want to fend off the hordes of zombies. Think carefully about who you include in your team.
Almost all materials you find in the game can be used to craft weapons, tools, or traps. You can trade weapons and items with other players to equip yourselves against the zombies. To fend off threats, you have axes, bows, or firearms.
To move through the world faster, you can use cars, quads, trucks, and even police vehicles. While you will need materials if you have to repair the vehicles, you can also run over opponents with them. Vehicles also provide space for multiple players. If you are traveling as a group, you won’t lose sight of each other.

In addition to Just Survive, there is also H1Z1: King of the Kill, an action variant of the game that is very popular on Steam and Twitch. It is expected to be released soon for PS4 and Xbox One.
