What is Albion Online? Albion Online is a sandbox MMORPG from German developer Sandbox Interactive. It’s all about freedom, crafting, and PvP. You create your character without being tied to a class or fixed play style.
With this character, you explore the world in an isometric perspective, which is divided into different instanced areas and cities. There are also tons of dungeons that are randomly generated and can be found at random.
While the combat system and crafting play an important role in the early levels, the PvP aspect comes into play in the endgame. This is because in the highest areas, there is open PvP and even the possibility of losing your equipment in the event of death.
Despite the PvP, Albion Online has enjoyed great popularity on PC for years. It was released for Android and iOS in June 2021 and even offers cross-play between platforms.

The reviews particularly praise the fact that Albion Online is not a classic mobile MMORPG. Similar to RuneScape, it was first released for PC, which meant that typical aspects such as autoplay or pay-to-win were not implemented in the first place.
However, you have to be a fan of PvP and grinding if you want to really enjoy Albion Online.
