Players collect items like weapons scattered across the map and use the building mode to erect defenses. The map also shrinks over time, so there’s no way to hide for long.
How complicated is the game? Fortnite is accessible. You quickly learn the controls and game mechanics and can jump right in. Of course, you’ll need to discover subtleties over time, develop strategies, and figure out how to survive. But basically, Fortnite is an easy-to-play shooter.
